Income Requirements

Triangle Apartments:

Total combined household gross income for all applicants must be at least two and one half (2.5) times the amount of the monthly rental rate.

ARCH Housing:

Allowed income is based on the number of occupants. Total gross income of household members over the age of 18 cannot exceed the below listed amount:

Maximum Income:

1 Occupant $75,376 Max Annual Gross Income

2 Occupants $86,144 Max Annual Gross Income

3 Occupants $96,912 Max Annual Gross Income

4 Occupants  $107,680 Max Annual Gross Income
